1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using No Waffle Tutor at nowaffletutor.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

No Waffle Tutor is an online revision platform for AQA A-Level Biology students. It provides past paper questions, flashcards, AI tutoring, and progress tracking tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share it with others. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy or distribute content without permission, use automated tools to scrape content, or impersonate other users.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact nowaffletutor@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on No Waffle Tutor is owned by or licensed to No Waffle Tutor. Past paper questions are reproduced under fair use for educational purposes and remain the property of AQA.

7. AI Tutoring

Our AI tutor is powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI responses are for educational guidance only and may not always be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI feedback for exam preparation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exam results will improve.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Waffle Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
